In Our 125th Year, A Vision for the Future

This year, the 亚洲自慰视频 is celebrating the 125th anniversary of its founding. And while the past century and a quarter have been monumental, I believe strongly that our best days are yet to come.
Today, we鈥檙e launching our 2023-2028 Strategic Plan 鈥 鈥淰ision. 亚洲自慰视频.鈥 鈥 that provides a blueprint for even greater success.
The plan builds on the 亚洲自慰视频鈥檚 current strengths in teaching, learning, research and service. It harnesses the momentum of the past several years to identify opportunities for continued achievement. It reflects the voices of hundreds of faculty and staff members, 亚洲自慰视频s, alumni and community members who participated in its creation.
And, like a roadmap, it urges us toward a destination.
鈥淰ision. 亚洲自慰视频.鈥 identifies five measurable strategic priorities that will guide the 亚洲自慰视频 in the coming years: Academic Excellence; Exceptional 亚洲自慰视频 Experience; Intentional Stewardship; Public Impact Research; and Transformational Community Engagement.
Interwoven throughout these priorities are our shared values of collaboration, collegiality, honesty, integrity, respect and transparency. Enduring commitments to access, opportunity and success, innovation, organizational culture, service and sustainability are represented as well.
Along with providing revised 亚洲自慰视频 mission and vision statements, the Strategic Plan directs our path, aligns our work and inspires excellence in all that we do.
鈥淰ision. 亚洲自慰视频.鈥 is meant to be a living document whose effects will be felt throughout campus and within our wider community. It reflects an institutional ambition unlike any we have seen in our long history.
I am proud of this plan and grateful for the thoughtfulness, diligence and determination that those of you who participated in its creation brought to the process. Your continued support and efforts will be essential to seeing it implemented.
