Program Operation and Hours

• The CDC begins operations on the day prior to the first day of classes at the beginning of the Fall and Spring semesters—and—on the first day of classes for the Summer session through the last day of final exams.
• The CDC is closed on all official ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ holidays and semester breaks. See the ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ Academic calendar and the Payroll holiday schedule for dates.
• The CDC is open from 7:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 7:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., Friday

Admission Request Form

Any ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ, faculty, or staff member wishing to enroll his child in the Child Development Center must complete the waitlist form and your child will be placed on the CDC waiting list. Admission Policies

Children of undergraduate ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵs carrying a minimum of nine (9) credit hours or graduate ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵs carrying a minimum of six (6) credit hours that are between the ages of twelve months through six years of age may be admitted into the program as stated by State Law. The CDC provides space for children in compliance with all Rules and Regulations Governing Minimum Requirements for License of all ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ Child Care Centers as required by the ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ Division of Licensing and Certification-Type III.

Children are enrolled in the CDC in the order in which admission request forms are received. When space is not available, the name of the parent, phone number, and child’s date of birth are secured and placed on a waiting list to be served based on available space. Again priority ranking is always given to ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵs, then faculty and staff.
