Enriching the Summer with UL Lafayette

Registration is continuing for the Academic Enrichment Program offered by the ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ of ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ at Lafayette’s Center for Gifted Education. Openings remain in many of the classes offered this summer.

The Academic Enrichment Program serves ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵs currently in kindergarten through grade 10. There will be two afternoon sessions (June 14-25 and July 12-23) offered this summer and ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵs may choose from a variety of academic and arts courses.

Qualified ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵs who have completed first grade (or higher) schedule classes designed for high-ability ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵs at their respective grade levels.

To qualify for the Academic Enrichment Program, a ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ must present satisfactory scores on a standardized test of mental ability or academic achievement. ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵs who are classified as academically gifted by state standards automatically qualify.
