Renewable Resources to Host Post-Hurricane Symposium

On Nov. 16, UL Lafayette’s Renewable Resources Department will host a symposium to address the impact of Katrina on the environment and society.

The event will be held from 5 - 7 p.m. in Hamilton Hall. It is free and open to the public. Featured speakers include those from The National Wetland Research Center, the ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ Environmental Action Network, the Peoples Hurricane Relief Committee, the Environmental Protection Agency, and ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ of ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ at Lafayette.
