Completed documents must be submitted along with your application by the following deadlines.

For intersession enrollment please contact the office directly. 

To be granted admissions, you must be eligible to return to all previous institutions of enrollment.

If you’ve earned 24 or more hours, you must:

• Have a 2.25 GPA or higher once converted to the U.S. scale (excluding developmental or remedial courses)
• Complete both college-level freshman English courses with a grade of C or better
• Complete college-level mathematics with a grade of C or better
• Demonstrate English language proficiency
  • If you completed a college-level English course at another school in the U.S., that will satisfy this requirement.

If you’ve earned fewer than 24 hours, you must:

• Have a 2.25 GPA or higher once converted to the U.S. scale (excluding developmental or remedial courses)
• Meet all other admissions requirements for international first-time freshmen

When you complete your application, you will also be required to submit these forms.

List all of your educational and work history on the .

Confidential Financial Guarantee

Fill out the Confidential Financial Guarantee form [PDF]. Submit it along with a current bank statement.

You don’t have to submit this form if you are a refugee or permanent resident.

International ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ Transfer Form

If you are transferring from a U.S. institution, you must submit an to get your I-20 transferred to UL Lafayette.

Immunization Form

All ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵs must before you can register for classes. You can submit it at the same time or after your admissions application.

You must be screened for tuberculosis (TB) and be immunized against measles, mumps, rubella, tetanus-diphtheria.

Copy of Your Passport

After you submit your application, you will need to provide a copy of your passport.
